BUSINESS EVENT? YES BUT WITH GOOD FOOD!

Business events have completely different needs compared to family dinners or private events, both in terms of organization and the food offering. Since the pandemic has finally eased, I've organized myself to start catering to business events as well.

In the tech and startup world, in-person events are a hallmark of Silicon Valley, and we all missed them during the pandemic.

Every request I have received has been different from the next, but the goal was always the same: to foster moments of networking and socialization, aided by a delightful culinary experience.

Before starting Caponatina Lab and before the pandemic, I attended several events in the area, and honestly, the food never really impressed me. In many cases, it was just pre-packaged snacks and drinks.

So, when I decided to focus on business events with Caponatina, I knew I wanted to offer something entirely different, all while maintaining an authentic Italian style.

I'm convinced that good food—healthy, tasty, and enjoyable—is a fundamental accompaniment to business moments. It's a universal truth that when we feel good and satisfied with our essential needs—eating, drinking, sleeping—we are more open and receptive to the outside world. Furthermore, the pleasure of good food and sharing it undoubtedly supports socialization and networking.

However, during an event, the food must also be: convenient and easy to eat (as often there are no tables or places for many people to sit or rest), fun and stimulating (cheerful food, small bites of different flavors), varied and inclusive (it must satisfy different dietary requirements and cultural habits).

I usually propose a buffet that offers various options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, served in convenient single servings, easy to enjoy even during a business conversation.

These are small tastes of Italian recipes and flavors, presented in a small format but with the same authentic taste and flavor.

I always offer different menus with various pricing options so that clients have the flexibility to choose based on their company needs.

The business events I cater to range from 30 up to a maximum of 100 people. A full kitchen setup is not necessary; just a working area is sufficient.
