Every dinner, every dish crafted with love, and every smile from my guests has been a special memory I’ll carry with me. 💫
I’m also thrilled to have joined the team @impastiamoclasses as a chef assistant for their cooking classes. Since July 2024, working with them has been an incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and continue sharing my passion for Italian cuisine with a fantastic team.

Thanksgiving with an Italian flavor!
I am happy and honored today to cook for a thanksgiving dinner, but with recipes belonging to the Italian regional traditions. A menu inspired by the festive period in Italy, obviously begins with an aperitivo: pumpkin mousse with sautéed mushrooms and crackers with thyme, radicchio from Treviso and toma di monte and obviously small pizzas.
As a first course traditional ziti with Ragu Genovese and for a second dish boneless stuffed capon and roast potatoes!
For dessert tart with lemon cream and to finish coffee with mini bignè and chocolate and hazelnut truffles!
