Welcome to Noi Due Farm – The Kitchen​

What began as Caponatina Lab has now fully found its home here — at Noi Due Farm.

​

Over the past months, I’ve had the joy of welcoming guests to my table for our very first farm-to-table dinners, cooking experiences, and agriturismo-style lunches.

Seeing people gather, share stories, and slow down together has been the most meaningful beginning I could have imagined.

Here in Woodside, California, Italian roots meet California soil.
I live, cook, and grow on this small farm — guided by the seasons, by simplicity, and by a deep respect for ingredients.

​

In my fully permitted kitchen, I host intimate seasonal gatherings inspired by Italian tradition and nourished by organic produce, local farms, and what the land offers at that moment.

This is not a restaurant.
It is a shared table.
A slower rhythm.
A place to reconnect — with food, with others, and with ourselves.
